This Privacy Policy explains how Velarentique collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal data when operating its online handbag store in Singapore. It applies to customers, return applicants, and people who communicate with us. Velarentique acts in accordance with Singapore’s Personal Data Protection Act 2012, including applicable Do Not Call requirements.

Stage One: Information Enters Our Systems

Velarentique collects, uses, or discloses personal data for purposes that include:

• accepting and administering handbag orders;

• preparing parcels and coordinating Singapore delivery;

• supporting Cash on Delivery handover;

• managing cancellations, failed deliveries, returns, exchanges, and refunds;

Stage Three: Consent and Choices

Where consent is required, it may be provided expressly or arise through conduct permitted by the Personal Data Protection Act 2012. You may withdraw consent by emailing bags@velarentique.com. We will explain likely consequences and, after reasonable notice, halt the affected collection, use, or disclosure unless continued processing is permitted or required by law.

Operational messages about orders, delivery, returns, or refunds are not promotional messages. Marketing messages are sent only where permitted. Velarentique observes applicable Do Not Call Registry provisions for specified messages sent to Singapore telephone numbers and provides an available method to withdraw from marketing communications.

Stage Four: Limited Disclosure

We may disclose necessary information to couriers, technology providers, website hosts, communications vendors, professional advisers, banks processing eligible refunds, regulators, courts, and public authorities. Each recipient receives only information reasonably connected with its function, subject to appropriate contractual or legal safeguards.

We do not sell personal data. If information must be transferred outside Singapore, Velarentique will take steps required by the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 to ensure a standard of protection comparable to that provided under the Act, unless a lawful exception applies.

Stage Five: Accuracy and Protection

Velarentique applies reasonable administrative, physical, and procedural safeguards against unsolicited access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, disposal, or similar risks. No online or storage system is entirely free from risk, but we review safeguards according to the nature of the information and operational circumstances.

Stage Six: Retention and Disposal

Personal data is retained only while it serves the purpose for which it was collected or remains necessary for a legal or business requirement. Retention periods may reflect order administration, dispute handling, accounting, fraud prevention, and statutory obligations. When retention is no longer necessary, we will delete, anonymize, or otherwise dispose of the information.

Stage Seven: Access and Correction

Subject to statutory exceptions, you may request access to personal data under our possession or control and information about its use or disclosure during the applicable period. Legal Alignment

This Policy operates alongside the Personal Data Protection Act 2012, its regulations, and Do Not Call provisions. Our online records and communications are also considered in light of the Electronic Transactions Act 2010. Customer dealings remain subject, where applicable, to the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act 2003, the Sale of Goods Act 1979, and the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977.
